Construction

The stator is the core electromagnetic component of a motor, turning electrical energy into a rotating magnetic field. Lamination stack, slot geometry, winding layout, insulation level and connection details set the performance directly; a well-designed stator is the foundation of efficiency, torque density and thermal behaviour.

Per application, stators are developed with different diameters, pole and slot combinations, wire structures and connection architectures. From prototype to series production, the winding, insulation, soldering and test steps stay under control for a repeatable, reliable build that fits your motor design.
