Construction

Gimbal motors are optimised for smooth, vibration-free motion at low speed. Low cogging torque, a precise winding structure and controlled magnetic design give fluid positioning on camera and sensor axes. They usually run direct drive and execute small angular moves with high precision.

When an imaging or stabilisation system needs quiet, soft, precise motion, gimbal motors are an effective solution: preferred in camera carriers, sensor platforms and pan-tilt systems for low-speed control, stabilisation performance and repeatable axis motion.
