Membership and Usage Terms Agreement

MEMBERSHIP AND USAGE TERMS AGREEMENT
 

Users must accept this Membership and Usage Terms Agreement before benefiting from products and services provided via the website www.hekzatech.com ("Website"). The usage conditions outlined herein also apply to non-member Users and Visitors. These agreement provisions apply based on the user's status for as long as they access, use, or benefit from the Website.
 

1. Usage and Security Rules 1.1 Creating a member account is free of charge. Members periodically benefit from products and services on the Website under advantageous conditions compared to non-member Users. 1.2 Members, other Users, and Visitors are obliged to adhere to the following rules while on the Website. Otherwise, the Website administration may block their access and initiate legal actions: 1.2.a It is prohibited to share incorrect, irregular, incomplete, misleading information, expressions violating general moral principles, or information conflicting with the laws of the Republic of Turkey as comments (content) on the Website. 1.2.b All rights related to the Website's design, functions, working principles, visual and written content belong exclusively to Hekza Tech Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Copying or using any part without permission is strictly forbidden. 1.2.c Member Users are responsible for the security of their username and password. Members assume direct responsibility for any damages arising from sharing these details with third parties or allowing third-party usage. 1.2.d Member Users and other Users must not use someone else’s IP address, email address, username, or other personal data during product purchasing transactions. Violations constitute "identity theft" and may result in legal actions. Individuals violating this provision accept all legal and criminal liabilities. 1.2.e Attempting actions or using software that threatens the Website's security, disrupts its functionality, or seeks to obtain information beyond the control of the Website administration is prohibited. Individuals violating this provision accept all legal and criminal liabilities.
    

2. Responsibilities 2.1 Visitor data (visit duration, timing, viewed pages) is monitored to enhance Website efficiency and product/service quality. Such information may be shared with companies collaborating on digital advertising and marketing, complying with data protection legislation, to improve Visitor and User experiences. 2.2 Members who create an account may start using the Website upon filling in necessary registration details and verifying their email address by entering their email address and password as per this Agreement. 2.3 Users agree to adhere to all notifications published on www.hekzatech.com and all applicable legal regulations, including Turkish Criminal Law, Turkish Commercial Law, Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, Decrees on Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights. Users bear all legal, criminal, and financial liabilities arising from non-compliance. 2.4 If a User is found violating obligations in this Agreement and notifications published on the Website, their access may be temporarily or permanently restricted, and/or their Member account may be closed. 2.5 Members, other Users, and Visitors shall not engage in activities preventing or hindering others' use of the Website, overload servers or databases with automated programs, or attempt fraudulent activities. Violators assume all legal and criminal responsibilities. 2.6 Users must not remove or delete copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights notices from digital or printed materials obtained through the Website. 2.7 Membership cancellation and account deletion can be executed by the Member via the Website. User accounts are terminated upon cancellation. 2.8 Certain Website areas may have additional rules and obligations. Users benefiting from these areas must comply with related notifications per provision 2.3 of this Agreement. 2.9 Personal data of Members, other Users, and Visitors are processed in compliance with data protection laws. These individuals must read the "Privacy Notice" available on the Website. 2.10 Members and Users confirm the accuracy of payment information (credit card, GSM number, etc.) used for purchases through the Website and accept all related legal and criminal responsibilities. Members consent to store payment details in their account for future transactions.
    

3. Notification Addresses 3.1 Website Members and Users accept that their provided email address is the official communication and notification address, where future correspondence can be requested and conveyed. Any changes in email addresses must be reported to Website administration. 3.2 Notifications sent to the Member’s or User’s registered email address shall be deemed received one day after dispatch by Hekza Tech Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
